These round sai are made of forged steel with a black finish and leather-wrapped handles for a secure grip. The shaft is cylindrical with a cylindrical end, a classic style for kata and weapons training. They're sold as a pair.

To find your size, hold the handle with the shaft running back along your forearm. The shaft should extend about one inch past your elbow. The handle is approximately 5" long.

Sai training builds wrist strength, timing and precise blocking, and it's a core part of many karate and kobudo curriculums. Measuring before you order helps you get a pair that feels balanced in your hands from the first class.
